Slow Yoga and Meditation courses
My classes usually run as a course in 6 week blocks throughout the year, breaking for school holidays. You’re welcome to join mid course and the cost will be worked out accordingly. You may like to join for continual courses if you enjoy the class. Suitable for all including beginners.

Outdoor Sunrise Yoga
FRIDAYS:
- From Friday 21st April with breaks in school holidays.
Time: 7:00am – 7:45am.
Location: Pinglestone Farm, next to the river, Old Alresford, Hampshire, SO24 9TB. (Plentiful parking available)
Cost: £10 per session if booked in a block (usually 6 weeks), or £13 per session for casual attendance (drop in pay as you go)

Pregnancy, postnatal, and parent yoga and meditation sessions are available as private sessions in your home.

Nature, Yoga and Meditation Day Retreat
Enjoy a day outside in nature, filled with relaxation, forest crafts, gentle yoga and meditation. This soothing day retreat is being run by Robyn from Wild at Heart, and Yoga with Rosanna
