YOGA NEXT TO THE RIVER AT PINGLESTONE FARM IN ALRESFORD, HAMPSHIRE.

START YOUR DAY RIGHT WITH GENTLE YOGA AND SOOTHING STRETCHING, SURROUNDED BY CALMING NATURE AND RIVER SOUNDS. BREATHE FRESH AIR AND ENERGISE YOUR BODY AND MIND WITH ENJOYABLE YOGA MOVEMENTS, POSTURES AND RELAXATION.
Men, women, all genders and all ages are welcome. This is a beginner friendly riverside yoga class that will help to boost your mood, improve flexibility, remove tension and stress, relieve aches and discomfort, improve circulation, and stretch away tightness. Moving your body carefully in an outdoor environment increases endorphins, improves physical, mental and emotional health, delivers daylight and vitamin D, and brings you closer to nature, which has both a relaxing, and energising effect. We will also practice breathing and relaxation exercises in this natural environment.
We’ll embrace nature and most weather types! But there is an indoors barn option available we will use on days that it’s very wet. Check the weather / temperature before you leave, layers are advisable so you can add and remove them as needed. Wear a light jacket if required that you can move around in. Bring water and / or a warm drink in a flask. You might consider sun protection in high summer. Please bring a mat with you that you don’t mind using outdoors.

£10 per class if booked as a block of six sessions

If you are coming by car, plenty of parking available as you arrive on the farm. There is a map signpost on arrival to the carpark which has a shepherd’s hut marked on it, head across the meadow towards the shepherd’s hut and you will find us to the left of it next to the river.
