Please join me in a calming space in Alresford, for an inclusive yoga class, suitable for beginners and all fitness levels. All ages, shapes and sizes are welcome. This session is a restorative yoga class style.
In the sessions we practice gentle movements, postures and yoga techniques to stretch out aches and pains, and take some time to relax.
We also practice meditation, which can help us to find peace, quietness, and strength in our minds.
Practicing yoga and meditation can support us physically and emotionally, helping to maintain a healthy body and a balanced mind.
Yoga is a traditional Indian practice that supports our wellbeing using movement, breath and relaxation. Yoga may also help us cope better with feelings of stress, worry, anger, sadness and other challenging feelings.
Beginners and all levels welcome.
