Please join me in a calming space for an inclusive yoga class, suitable for beginners and all fitness levels. All ages, shapes and sizes are welcome.
In the sessions we practice gentle movements, postures and yoga techniques to improve strength and flexibility, stretch out aches and pains, and take some time to relax.
Practicing yoga can support us physically and emotionally, helping to maintain a healthy body and a balanced mind.
Yoga is a traditional Indian practice that supports our wellbeing using movement, breath and relaxation. Yoga may also help us cope better with feelings of stress, worry, anger, sadness and other challenging feelings.
Beginners and all levels welcome.
